Jinja College confirmed 2019 Copa Coca Cola hosts

The ministry of Education and Sports and the Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association (USSSA) on Monday confirmed that Jinja College will host this year’s Copa Coca Cola secondary football (boys) tournament.

It was also agreed upon that the 2019 approved USSSA rules will apply for all Uganda secondary schools games at district and regional qualifiers as well as at the national finals.

The Fresh Diary secondary schools games (ball games 1) national finals will be hosted at Mbale SSSS in early May. The games include; Rugby, hockey, Table Tennis, Tennis, Badminton and basketball. The ball games II will be hosted by Teso College Aloet while the swimming gala will be held in Kampala.

The schools that wish to host the 2020 Uganda Secondary Schools sports association (USSSA) national games can also submit in their bids with Northern region set to host the games.

A student must be born on or before September 1st 1999 to stand legible for the games. Buddo S.S are the reigning Copa coca cola football champions.
