Despite being a mother and a career woman at the same time, Capital FM presenter Lucky Mbabazi finds time to keep her body in shape through physical fitness sessions.

At least five days a week work-out with each day going for 45 minutes and resting at the weekend. The Bata Shoes brand ambassador rarely hits the gym to keep the envious curves that can take her up to the finals of Miss Curvy, but she does her drills at home probably with hubby Patrick Kanyomozi –the Uganda sports press association (USPA) President, whose biceps also evidently show routine work-out.
After positive results, Lucky will be passing on her experience and guidance to those looking for attractive body shapes and keep fit during her first public physical fitness sessions dubbed ‘Lucky’s groove back’ that is due this Saturday at KCCA FC stadium, Lugogo starting exactly 4-7pm.

“Participants will pay Shs20,000 at entrance and will be taken through the best of Zumba, Yoga, aerobics and much more. They will learn how to keep fit at home in convenience so that they keep doing as instructed to keep fit and in shape. All participants will be quenched by Jibu water and will get expertise information about work-out shoes from Bata Shoes Company,” Lucky confirmed to Sportsocean. She said that a team of the best instructors like Gerry Opoka (Zumba Queen), Robert Ddamulira (aerobics) and the best Yoga instructors will lead the respective sessions.
