International University of East Africa (IUEA) search for maiden win in this year’s Pepsi University football league continues after falling to Uganda Christian University (UCU) in Mukono on Thursday. The debutants conceded as early as 37th minute when Kaye Kizito gave the hosts lead before Brian Ade extended lead 20 minutes into the second half. Kizito made it 3-0 five minutes later before Ade grabbed his second on the afternoon to enable UCU secure their first win of the 2019 edition. IUEA remained bottom of group D with just a point after 3 games while UCU moved top of the group with five points. MUBS, who played to a barren home stalemate against Kampala University (KU) on Wednesday slipped to second due to inferior goal difference while KU slip to third with three points in three. The Pepsi-sponsored league continues this Sunday afternoon with unbeaten reigning champions Kyambogo hosting Busitema.
