Kampala capital city authority football club (KCCA FC) won their 13th Uganda premier league title following a 1-1 away draw at Ndejje University on Friday in Luwero.
Ntege Anwar gave the hosts lead in the first half before Sadam Juma ‘resurrected’ at the right time to level matters for the visitors after coming off the bench.

The champions elect unveiled their third kit of the season as they waited for a point to confirm them 2018/19 champions.
It is Mike Mutebi’s third title in his four-year tenure as KCCA FC manager but it is also the club’s fifth in the last seven seasons.

The draw moved KCCA to unreachable 60 points, 7 above second placed Vipers SC with two games to go. KCCA are now three titles behind record winners SC Villa who last lifted the title in 2004.

By the title Jogoos made 16 titles, KCCA had only lifted a half of their total number of titles.
