Vipers SC have confirmed the sacking of head coach Michael Ouma Nam together with the entire technical staff.
Other members of the technical staff axed include; Assistant coach Edward Golola, goal keeping coach Moses Oloya, trainer Edward Ssali and endurance coach Ram Nyakana.
In a statement by the club, the club has started a process for the recruitment of a new Coach and technical staff. “Vipers Sports Club would like to thank Ouma and the technical team for the services rendered to the club and we wish them the best going forward,” the statement partly reads.
Ouma, a CAF A licensed Kenyan tactician, had replaced Mexican Javier Martinez Espinoza in December last year.
Ouma, the fourth coach to have managed the three-time Uganda champions whom he guided to a second finish in the premier league last time.
Other foreign coaches to have managed the Venoms include; Martinez, Portuguese Miguel Da Costa and Nigeria Ambrose Chukumah. According to sources, a foreign coach will replace the departing Ouma.
