Proline lets prodigal son Bogere for trials

Uganda premier league side Proline FC has agreed with Ivan Bogere representatives to let the player go for trials at any club of his choice. Bogere had earlier went AWOL early in the season with reports having his destiny as Dubai.

The striker had not featured for the Uganda Cup Champions sine scoring a brace against AS Kigali in the CAF Confederations Cup qualifier return leg at the StarTimes stadium, Lugogo with Proline earlier saying that the player was injured.

“The club has agreed to let the player go for trials at a club of his choice,” partly read the Proline statement. By the time he went AWOL, Bogere was the top scorer in the Confederations Cup –having earlier been crowned the FUFA Big league last season.
