The 2019/20 StarTimes Uganda premier league second round commences next Tuesday January 7 with two fixtures on card.

URA hosts SC Villa at Arena of Visions, Luwero in a live TV game while Tooro United host Onduparaka at St Paul’s seminary playground –Fort Portal.

After a long hustle, all the 16 premier league clubs finally confirmed their hosting venues with the four clubs that had earlier not confirmed their home grounds; BUL, Mbarara, Kyetume and BUL FC also confirming.

URA to host from Luwero

Kyetume FC and Police FC moved to Mighty Arena (Jinja) and StarTimes Stadium Lugogo respectively. After de-licensing of Bugembe stadium by FUFA licensing committee, BUL has moved back to Njeru while Mbarara will host from Bombo Barracks.

This implies that Lugogo will be home to three clubs with Police joining Proline FC and owners KCCA FC. Mighty Arena is also home to Busoga United.

Vipers SC lead the log with 36 points, 4 above reigning champions KCCA in second.
