Alexandre Lacazette has given a huge hint that he will stay at Arsenal even if they fail to qualify for next season’s Champions League.
There has been plenty of talk that both Lacazette and fellow striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang could leave if they don’t take their place back among Europe’s elite.
The Gunners have been without Champions League football for the past three seasons and they are in real danger of missing out again, sitting seven points off top four in the Premier League.
But Lacazette has emphatically shot down the speculation: ‘I don’t know about this.
‘I have a contract with the club, there is no point for me to leave, everyone is happy with me at the club.’
