Uganda Premier League side Vipers SC on Friday evening unveiled attacking midfielder David Bagoole as their fourth signing of the transfer window ahead of the 2020/2021 football season.
Bagoole’s move to the league holders side comes a few hours after he officially left Busoga United, another top tier outfit.
According to the club website, Bagoole, 22 and Vipers agreed on a three-year deal following several weeks of negotiations between the two parties.
Bagoole expressed his delight in joining the team and now looks forward to the future.
“I am very happy and proud to be the latest member of this special Vipers family. I believe this is the best club in the country and I promise to give my all,” Bagoole told the club website.
”My job will be simple. I want to help the club defend the Uganda Premier League as well as reach the CAF Champions League group stages,” added Bagoole.
Vipers Head coach Fred Kajoba has expressed delight in Bagoole’s arrival and believes that he is a big addition to the team.
“There is no doubt we have signed one of the best midfielders in the business. I am convinced he will deliver. He has proven his abilities over time and there is no doubt about him,” a confident Kajoba said.

Bagoole has played in several teams including; Busembatia TC, SC Villa, Sofapaka (Kenya), La Passe (Seychelles), BUL FC, OC Bukavu Dawa (DR Congo), Police FC, Baza Holdings, Busoga United and now Vipers.
