Express FC on Saturday announced the signing of defender Richard Bbosa on a four-year deal ahead of the 2020/2021 football season.

The 21-year old centre-back becomes the third player to the join the Uganda Premier League side after the earlier arrivals of goalkeepers Crispus Kusiima and Denis Otim.

Bbosa now looks forward to tightening the team’s backline and avoid conceding lots of goals so as to help the team return to it’s previous glory days.

“I have joined Express FC to ensure we don’t concede and also work together as a team so that we can win the league next season” Bbosa told the club website.

The club website also reports that the club’s target this coming season is a top three finish that they last achieved in the 2015/2016 season.

Else where, defender Yakubu Ramathan has signed a two year deal at newly top tier promoted side Malaba Youth Development Association (MYDA) Football Club.

After his stint ended at SC Villa recently, Ramathan has been a free agent.
He is very experienced having played at Bright Stars, AFC Leopards (Kenya) and Lusaka Dynamos in Zambia.
