Uganda Premier League side Police FC have announced the signing of midfielder Duncan Seninde on a two-year deal, the club confirmed on Friday night. The 23-year old left footed player spent last season playing for Wakiso Giants on loan from Vipers SC.
Seninde has expressed his delight in joining the ‘Cops’ and hopes to be a great asset to the team.
“I feel so good and excited,” Seninde told the club media moments after putting the pen to paper. “It is a reunion with Coach Abdallah whom we parted ways at Vipers,” Seninde added saying that retuning to coach Abdallah Mubiru’s mentorship will be a good thing for his career.
“I appreciate being given this opportunity; this will help me a lot in my career. I promise to put in a lot of effort to make sure good results come our way,” Seninde added.
To achieve the club’s goals, Seninde has called for team work and guidance from the technical team.
However, Police FC’s other new signings are; Frank Tumwesigye, Tonny Mawejje, Muhamood Hassan, Muwadda Mawejje, Eric Ssenjobe and Derrick Ochan.
Ruben Kimera, Joseph Sentume, Johnson Odong, Denis Rukundo, Yusuf Ssozi, Bashir Kabuye, Mubarak Nsubuga, Emmanuel Kiryowa and Musa Matovu have extended their stay at the club.
