Uganda Premier League side Express FC on Friday re-signed midfielder Faisal Ssekyanzi on a three-year deal from Tooro United.
Ssekyanzi, 23 had a good display last season managing five assists including his league goal against KCCA FC. He now hopes to be a good addition to the Wasswa Bossa coached side.
“Joining Express is a huge milestone but what’s more important is playing for the badge. I hope to build on what I achieved last season,” Ssekaynzi told the club website after completing his return to Wankulukuku.
Ssekaynzi is an Express academy graduate. He featured in the 2015/2016 junior team league, claiming the MVP award although he chose to move on later.
Ssekaynzi becomes the latest addition to Express after earlier arrivals of; goalkeepers Cryspus Kusiima and Denis Otim along with center-back Richard Bbosa, midfielders John Byamukama, Mahad Yaya Kakooza, Lwesibawa Godfrey, Abel Eturude, Ivan Nsengiyunva, winger Baker Sakah and forwards Musiige Charles and Kiragga Mustafa.
