FUFA Big League outfit Arua Hill Sports Club on Monday, 28th September 2020 unveiled new coaches ahead of the 2020/21 football season. During the club’s press conference held at Heritage Courts in Arua, Hussein Mbalangu was named Head Coach, assisted by Joseph Kiwanuka.
Both coaches (Mbalangu and Kiwanuka) join the club on a two-year deal, which starts running on October 1st 2020.
The duo replaces former Head Coach Haruna Mawa and his deputy Richard Amatre, respectively. The former tacticians are still at the club but rather in a different department.
Mbalangu has opened up on how he feels after completing the move and his tactics.
“I am happy to be here. I play Tik-Tak style. I am an offensive minded coach being a former striker. You score me four, I score you seven. I do not believe in defending football” Mbalangu told the media on ground.
Mbalangu, 42, is a CAF A licenced Coach. He joins Arua Hill after serving stints SC Villa, The Saints FC, Azam FC and Mogadishu City Club (Somalia).
Meanwhile, Kiwanuka is a CAF B licenced Coach.
