BUL FC became the first team to seal a spot in the Uganda Cup semi finals following a 1-0 loss at home to Proline FC on Monday.

Despite the loss, the Jinja based side marched into the last four 2-1 on aggregate following their first leg 2-0 victory at Lugogo last week.
Ivan Ocholit scored the only goal of the contest at the Kyabazinga Stadium in Bugembe in the 41st minute.

This is the second time that BUL qualifies to the semi-finals of the Uganda Cup after the 2015 edition when they lost to eventual winners, SC Villa.

Other quarter final return legs will be completed this week on Wednesday and Thursday.

On Wednesday, Villa host Vipers at the Bombo Military Barracks Stadium.

On Friday, KCCA FC will host Express FC and Police FC takes on Wakiso Giants FC. Both games will be played at Lugogo.

This year’s Uganda Cup final will be played at the Masindi Municipal Stadium in Masindi District.
