The Big League regular season will come to an end on Sunday, June 13 with all 16 teams in action.
Four sides will be hoping to seal automatic promotion to the Uganda Premier League (UPL).
In the Rwenzori group, Tooro United and Proline are vying for a direct ticket to the top tier.
The two sides occupy the two top spots in the group with Tooro United sitting top while Proline are second.
They are separated by just two points as they sit on 28 and 26 points respectively.
After failing to beat Luwero United and seal promotion in the past round, Tooro will be optimistic they can get the job done at Wankulukuku on Sunday against Kigezi Home Boyz.
For Proline, they are hoping Tooro can falter while the Lugogo based side take care of business at home to Water FC.
With a better goal difference, victory for Proline coupled by Tooro’s inability to win their fixture will see Proline leapfrog Edward Golola’s men to top spot.
In the Elgon Group, Arua Hill are all but promoted to the top tier.
The Arua based side hold a three point lead at the top of the log and also boost a +8 goal difference on second placed Gaddafi FC.
The two sides drew in their last game, giving Gaddafi slim hopes of direct promotion.
Gaddafi must win in their final game away to Calvary FC by seven cleat goals and pray that Arua Hill lose to Paidha Black Angels so as to see the Jinja based side upset the odds and seal direct promotion.
Nyamityobora FC who are at home to Terrazo and Tiles have already clinched the second and final playoff spot in the Rwenzori group.
Kataka FC who are away to Mbale Heroes have an outside chance to clinch a playoff berth in the Elgon group but they start the day three points and four goals behind third placed Black Power who also sit three points off Gaddafi FC.
With the Regional Leagues cancelled, it is yet to be known whether their will be relegation from the Big League.
Luwero United, Kigezi, Water, Ndejje University and Terrazo can all still finish in the bottom two in the Rwenzori group while Kataka, Maroons, Mbale Heroes and Calvary can all join Paidha Black Angels in the bottom two in the Elgon group.
