The Federation of Uganda Football Association ( FUFA) has announced the new dates for the semi-finals of the Uganda Cup.
The last four ties will now be played on Tuesday, September 21st and Wednesday, September 22nd.
Previous, FUFA had set late August as the period in which the ties would be played.
However, several clubs complained about the timing and hence a change in the dates.
It has also been revealed that the ties will be played in a single leg format not home and away.
These two games will be played at the FUFA Technical Centre in Njeru.
Police will take on Vipers SC on the Tuesday, September 21st of September while the record holders Express FC battle BUL FC the following day.
FUFA has also confirmed that the final of these games will be played on 26th September at the same venue.
Proline are the defending champions of this tournament as in 2020, the competition never finished due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
