Just over a day after he was named interim manager of Express FC untill the end of the season, James Odoch has vowed to do his best within a short stint at the Wankulukuku based outfit as he fills the void left by Wasswa Bbosa.
The Uganda Premier League (UPL) and CECAFA Kagame Cup champions’ new man at the helm has settled in and echoed the need for teamwork at the club going forward.
Odoch says to enable him and the dugout plus players do their best, teamwork on and off the pitch will be key in making the team succeed for the remaining part of the season.
“First of all I want to take this opportunity to thank coach Wasswa Bbosa for what he achieved at the club, He made history and that will forever be engrained in the club’s history,” Odoch told the club website.
“However, personally I want to do my best to help the team do better and I believe we have the right players and personnel to do it, we only need to work as a team on and off the pitch to achieve results and we for sure will,” Odoch added.
James Odoch’s first assignment will be to ensure the Red Eagles who are fifth on the table with 29 points pick up maximum points away to Busoga United on Friday which will be Matchday 18 in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
