KCCA FC Head Coach Morley Byekwaso says that his side are keen on maintaining their unbeaten run in the 2021/22 StarTimes Uganda Premier League season when they come up against Onduparaka today at the Greenlight Stadium, Arua.

The Lugogo-based KCCA are still unbeaten after 12 games played so far this term and Byekwaso says that his boys will put in the work in Arua to ensure that they return with maximum points.

“We have come here with a purpose. We want to pick points from Onduparaka. They are a good side especially when home. We have spoken about our issue of not converting chances with the players and tried to work on it in training. If we can get more clinical infront of goal then we can be unstoppable,” Byekwaso told the club website.

Onduparaka have so far just won two games, shared spoils six times and lost four games and sit 12th on the table whilst KCCA top the table.

The caterpillars have scored 11 goals, conceded 14 and have a deficit of 3 goals difference with 12 points.

KCCA FC on the other hand have won 8, shared spoils 4 times and are yet to lose a game this term.

The 13 times Uganda Premier League Champions have scored 21 goals and conceded 8 and have a goal difference of +13 with 28 points.

In the last 9 games played between both sides. KCCA FC has won 7, Onduparaka once and both sides have shared spoils once.

KCCA has scored 29 goals while Onduparaka have scored 4 goals in the last 9 games against KCCA.
