Uganda Cranes midfielder Allan Okello has paid tribute to his former club coach Mike Mutebi who parted ways with Uganda Premier League (UPL) side KCCA FC on Monday.

In his latest social media missive, Okello who hailed Mutebi’s contribution to his career expressed his sadness about the coach’s exit at the club adding that he’s been a big deal to budding youngsters.

“Can’t believe! Good luck Coach Mike!” Okello noted via his Facebook page.

“Words can’t bring out how I feel about this. All I can say now is, I hope you ain’t thinking of retirement because there are many young players out there that need your help. Just know we love you so much. You made us what we are today,” a seemingly emotional Okello added.
