Trending musician John Blaq joined other Uganda Cranes fans to cheer the team as it played out to a 1-1 draw against Zimbawe on Wednesday.
Despite music taking much of his time, the young talented Eastern born star was pictured celebrating Emmanuel Okwi opener and Denis Onyango saves before stepping on stage to entertain the boozed-up fans.
This was at the Nile special live screening of the match at Katikati restaurant. Hundreds of fans flocked to the Lugogo by-pass located spot where Nile breweries under their Nile Special beer brand, the official beer partner of the Cranes, gave out free Cranes fans replica and other Cranes branded items.
Nile special also sent lucky fans to cheer the Cranes live in action at the ongoing AFCON in Egypt on a fully paid trip. The Cranes, who stunned DRC with a 2-0 in the opener, return to action this evening seeking a point to confirm their place to the last 16 of the tournament for the first time since 1978.
