Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) FC Head Coach Morley Byekwaso says that he’s not fully satisfied with his side’s display against Wakiso Giants FC on Sunday albeit his side posting a 0-3 victory on the road and in their opening fixture of the Uganda Premier League (UPL).

Sadat Anaku, Davis Kasirye and Ashraf Mugume scored for KCCA but Byekwaso has looked over the goals and punched holes in his own team while demanding for “better.”

“I am happy that we scored three goals but the display was not the very best. I can excuse my players because this is the first game of the season. But I demand more from them,” Byekwaso told his club website.

According to Byekwaso, his boys put in a good shift after the break and he now demands for the same or even more.

“I felt in the second half we settled and played football like we should be doing. That’s what I want to see from them in all games. We have a culture as KCCA FC and that’s playing nice football with confidence,” Byekwaso added.

The gaffer now calls upon his players to keep grounded and not get carried away by the weekend win.

KCCA are hoping to maintain their winning start to the 2021/22 season when they play host to new comers Gadaffi FC on Saturday at the MTN Omondi Stadium, Lugogo.
