KCCA FC has officially unveiled its new jersey for the 2024/25 season, a design rooted in tradition while embracing the club’s forward-looking vision. The yellow and blue home kit reflects the team’s identity and direction, continuing a legacy that spans over six decades.
The Brazilian yellow shirt, a key feature of the jersey, is inspired by the Brazil national team’s iconic free-flowing style that first influenced KCCA FC in the 60s and 70s. KCCA legend Tom Lwanga emphasized how this legacy shaped the club’s “Kawowo style” of play, aligning with the club’s 60th-anniversary celebrations.
Additionally, the jersey includes invisible building blocks symbolizing the ongoing construction of KCCA’s stadium and the “Visit Kampala” logo promoting the city’s tourism. The leaping Impala logo on the front highlights the origins of Kampala’s name, while the “Smart City” initiative emphasizes Kampala’s transformation into a digitally connected urban hub.
Available at the MTN Omondi Stadium for UGX 50,000, the new kit offers a blend of heritage, culture, and modernity for fans eager to support their team.
