English Netball Superleague side Surrey Storm have announced the signing of international goalkeeper/shooter Hanisha Muhameed.
Muhameed was a part of the She Cranes squad which took part in the 2023 Netball World Cup in South Africa.
The international player joins the side from KCCA. Her international record also includes competing at last year’s Commonwealth Games in Birmingham.

Storm’s new signing is a former student at Uganda Christian University where she also played for the institute’s side.
“I am super excited to join Surrey Storm. It’s a fantastic opportunity for me to play at a very high level and I’m looking forward to working extremely hard on and off the court,” Hanisha Muhameed told the club website.
A tenacious Ugandan She Crane who showed her prowess at the Netball World Cup this summer, Hanisha will bring a dogged tenacity and ball winning ability to the club’s defensive end.
