‘Warehouse Loader’ Stakes 1k On 20 Matches, Wins 259m

Fortebet's David Ssendagire handing over 259M to the winner_censored

From last week’s 88 million Adjuman winner, another client, this time from Bukasa-Bweyogerere, has made it-winning 259 million.

This millionaire (full identity withheld), who works in one of the warehouse in Bukasa as a loader, created a betting slip (number 2924447040903513) with only 20 match selection. With 1000/=, it would be practically hard for such a ticket to generate all this money, but he had a trick; he selected 10 matches with odd 2 while the other 10 were also atleast 1.50.  This helped his ticket to generate a huge grand odd of 305,428.14 and paying him 259,613,904/=.

Apart from the 9 away wins, the winner also placed, on his ticket, other betting options like 7 home wins, 2 Yes of both teams to score and goal overs of 1.5, 2.5.

Shortly after receiving his money at Fortebet head office in Kololo, the winner said, “This is still like a dream to me. I am even just still thinking of the best investment I am going to use this money for. But one sure thing is that I am going to buy land and build rentals and paying school fees for my kids.”

While handing over the money, one of the company’s accountants, David Ssendagire said, “Everyone has a chance to win. However, the chance will not come your way if you are not ready for it-you need to visit www.fortebet.ug or any of our centres countrywide to place your bet. You do not have to be a sports genius to bet; just only little knowledge and luck.”
