The Uganda Ludo Federation organizing committee through it’s chairperson Ms. Nabuuma Teddy has confirmed 14 clubs to participate in the 2023 Ludo Super League.
This meeting was held behind closed doors at YMCA, Kampala Uganda.
Fourteen of the clubs that were confirmed to dice in the upcoming season include defending Champions Nansana Galaxy ,runners up Masaka Giants, Buloba A, Busega. Buyende United, Basajja Bayiiya, Kubbiri ludo club, Metal club, Nakuwadde club, Kazo hill, Gulu City club, Nakawa market, Kings club and Nansana All stars club.
Even after giving an extension until the end of Sunday 12th February 2023, the would be new League entrants Mukono Max and Kiboga United failed to meet the credentials in order for them to dice in the Ludo top flight.
One of last seasons relagated team Kazo Hill Ludo club replaced Ntinda United .This was after the Super League organizing committee permitted the Kawempe based club to join the race since it formally requested to do so in case any qualifying team failed to turn up.
The 2023 National Ludo Super League is expected to dice off on Sunday 12th March, 2023 under home-away basis.
