CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe has expressed profound sadness following the untimely passing of Peter Kabugo, a respected Uganda Premier League assistant referee.
Kabugo collapsed on Friday, November 1, 2024, during a match between SC Villa and UPDF at Wankulukuku Stadium in Uganda.
Dr. Motsepe extended heartfelt condolences on behalf of CAF to Kabugo’s family, the Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA), its President Moses Magogo, and the people of Uganda.
