It seems not over especially in the top promotion slots as teams scramble for the top three promotional positions to the StarTimes Uganda Premier League and others struggling to keep their positions in the StarTimes FUFA Big League.
Kataka FC Vs Blacks Power
This is a clash of the titans as the two table leaders tussle it out at the Mbale Municipal Stadium. Of the 18 games played, both teams have 35 points with the same goal difference (16) but separated by goals scored as Kataka has scored 33, one better than Blacks Power. The winner of Thursday’s clash will have clear chances of promotion to the top-tier League.
Kyetume Vs Proline
Both teams have a reason to fight tooth and nail to secure maximum points with the host eyeing the top three positions to see them to the StarTimes Uganda Premier League and the Visitors struggling to stay in the StarTimes FUFA Big League. The Nakisunga based side is third on the log with 34 points while Proline is 9th with 22 points. This is the only chance for Proline to survive relegation and any blunder will lead them to the third division League come next season.
Maroons FC Vs MYDA
The Prisons side needs to register maximum points against already relegated MYDA to clear chances of promotion to the StarTmes Uganda Premier League.
Luweero United Vs Ndejje University
In other relegation encounters Luweero United hosts Ndejje University in a Luweero Derby at the Kosovo Grounds in Luweero. The Kosovo boys sit 8th on the table after collecting 22 points while visiting Ndejje is 9th with just a point separating the two teams. The victor of the two will stand more chances of surviving relegation.
Kitara FC Vs Calvary
This is another relegation six pointer with both Kitara and Calvary still engulfed in the survival fight.
