Proline FC extended their lead at the top of Rwenzori group with a commanding 5-0 win over Kira United in a StarTimes FUFA Big League match played on Thursday at the StarTimes stadium, Lugogo. Hakim Kiwanuka grabbed a brace before Captain Nordin Bunjo made it 3-0 going into the break. Bright Anukani scored with composure for the fourth before Ivan Bogere completed the wrath with the fifth and ninth of the campaign for the former SC Villa and Express FC forward. Despite the huge win, Proline Coach Shafik Bisaso was not convinced with the team’s overall performace against Kira United that even failed from the spot when Mohammed Ssenyonga’s kick hit the crossbar. “It was a good game, though we didn’t play as supposed to. My players didn’t do some of the things I had told them to do. It’s not all about scoring many goals but how we play. We didn’t do many things right but we hope to improve,” noted Bisaso, whose side leads group with 33 points after their 10th win, 4 above second placed Kiboga Young that have a game in hand, having not been in action on Thursday and  five above third-placed Kansai Plascon that lost to Kabale Sharp. Lewis Kalule, the Kira United’s tactician believes that more work still needs to be done. “We did better in the second half but couldn’t find the back of the net. We still believe that we can survive the relegation,” he said. Proline FC travel to Kabale Sharp next as as Kira visits Kiboga Young.
