Uganda National Rugby Sevens reigning champions Stanbic Black Pirates are in Kenya for the second leg of the 2019 Stanbic Bank Kenya National Sevens Circuit (Kabeberi 7s) to be held at the Kinoru Stadium in Meru Town this weekend.

The Kabeberi 7s that starts this Friday till Sunday will be graced by 48 teams, 16 from division one and another 24 from division 2, including eight women teams.

Pirates are seeded in Division One Pool B alongside; Homeboyz, Masinde Muliro University and Mean Machine. Pirates Coach Robert Musinguzi hopes that his team will benefit a lot from the Kabeberi 7s in terms of exposure to young and upcoming talents.
