Fitness Junction partners with Uganda Cricket to prepare Cricket Cranes for T20 World Cup

Uganda Cricket Association has announced a partnership with Fitness Junction, a leading fitness hub renowned for its state-of-the-art facilities and expertise in sports training. This strategic alliance comes at an opportune moment as the national men’s cricket team, Cricket Cranes gear up for the upcoming ICC Men’s T20 World Cup.

The partnership aims to enhance the performance, endurance, and overall fitness levels of the National Cricket Team in preparation for the prestigious World Cup tournament. As part of this collaboration, Fitness Junction will provide cutting-edge fitness equipment, personalized training programs, and nutritional guidance tailored to the specific needs of elite cricket athletes.

“We are incredibly excited to join forces with Fitness Junction Gym and Spa as we embark on our journey to the World Cup. Their world-class facilities and expertise will undoubtedly play a pivotal role in optimizing our performance and ensuring that we are in peak physical condition for the tournament,” said John Walusimbi, CEO Uganda Cricket Association.

“As passionate supporters of cricket and advocates for community development, we are thrilled to witness Uganda’s journey in the T20 World Cup. In light of this significant milestone, we would like to extend our support to the Uganda Cricket Team and contribute to their success both on and off the field” Fahad Aslam, Manager Fitness Junction Gym and Spa said.

The offer will be extended to 25 players who are part of the training squad for the World Cup.
