Game week 4 of the 2024 National Basketball League (NBL) regular season will resume this Friday with 4 fixtures and basketball fans shall be treated to some thrilling actions with top teams going up against each other.

Our Savior who had been flying with 3 wins in 3, till their last game against the City Oilers will look to return to winning ways as they take on newly promoted Livingstone in the opening fixture.

Livingstone has won just 1 game in 4 and they will be seeing this as an opportunity to bag their second victory of the campaign.

Perus Nyamwenge and Uwineza Ninette will be leading their new team KCCA Leopards as they take on their former employers KIU Rangers.

Both teams are still unbeaten and have been very dominant, KCCA Leopards defeating 2023 semi finalists UCU Lady Canons (74:53) and JT Lady Jaguars (65:53) in their last 2 fixtures.

After a tricky overtime victory against the JT Lady Jaguars in their season opener, KIU Rangers seem to have steadied their ship with comfortable (76:57) and (65:49) victories against Magic Stormers and Miracle Ravens respectively.

KIU Ranger Mary Amaniyo averages 18 points and 14.3 rebounds double double but she will be up against much more experienced defense of Martha Soigi and Rebecca Susan Aanyu.

The 10 man JT Lady Jaguars will be taking on the UCU Lady Canons in the third game of the day.

The Lady Jaguars haven’t won against top opposition losing 53:65 against KCCA Leopards and an overtime 57:61 loss against KIU Rangers.

The UCU Lady Canons have lost just one, 53:74 against the KCCA Leopards. They have won the other 3 games, easy 91:50 against YMCA and 78:28 against Kampala University. Against UPDF, they had a 36 point lead but the Lady Tomahawks played strong in the final quarter making it a 7 point margin to close the game.

The main game of the day will be a repeat of 2023 Finals as the City Oilers take on the KIU Titans.

The City Oilers are unbeaten in the sesson with 4 wins in 4 their last game against Ndejje Angels being their toughest in the season so far.

They will be looking to maintain their 100% record but they face a KIU Titans that ie very dangerous and exciting.

The Titans lost their first game against the Namuwongo Blazers but things have been great ever since exhibiting dominance against UCU Canons and Kampala Rockets.

Titans duo Edgar Munaba and Stanley Mugerwa have been summoned to the National team and will be joining Oilers quintet Fayed, Okello, Tony, Titus and Ivan but before they can play for the Nation, they will be battling each other to determine who is who.

Some of the most exhilarating matchups shall be Fayed Baale vs Joel Lukoji Banza, Mpiya Juf vs Titus Lual and Veteran James Okello vs Edagr Munaba.
