Ronz Pool Club continued with their encouraging start to the 2019 Pool league after a 17-03 win over Tororo Tigers in their second game of the season.
The 2017 Betway National Pool league champions fetched two more frames to seal victory after the break. New signing Ceasar Chandiga was the fans’ favourite due to his eye-catching shots that earned him an extra bonus from club director and Team manager Hans Rugari in appreciation of his triumph in all the four frames.
“We are taking every team serious because every game counts,” Rugari revealed. He declared that they are chasing for the top prize this season. Elsewhere, Mbale, Scrap Buyers and Upper Voltga registered wins as four other fixtures ended in stalemates.
In the ladies’ game, Ntinda Giants, Kampala Central and Hotpool edged Scrap Buyers, Masaka Queens and Capital Night respectively.
