In an official statement released today, Uganda Premier League side SC Villa has announced the departure of their Head Coach, Dusan Stojanovic, by mutual consent.
Stojanovic leaves the sides after guiding the team through a challenging season to secure their 17th league championship last season.
In the wake of this departure, Morley Byekwaso, who served as the assistant coach under Stojanovic, will assume the role of interim head coach.
Also, a number of key players have recently exited the club, including captain Kenneth Semakula, Gavin Kizito, Joseph Kafumbe, and Umar Lutalo, among others.
