Uganda vs Tanzania
Uganda Cubs will be seeking to bounce back from their opening 1-0 defeat to Angola when they face hosts Tanzania this Wednesday in their second game of the ongoing Afcon U17 championship at the National stadium in Dar es Salam, Tanzania.

The Cubs need to win the tie to stay in contention for a semi final slot –a feat that comes with a ticket to represent Africa in the 2019 FIFA U17 World Cup in Brazil.
The top two teams from the two groups will represent the continent at the world showpiece late this year.
“I am disappointed with the goal conceded but we came back strongly in second half.
They had one chance, they used but we failed to convert the many chances of ours. We are down but definitely not out and we are going back to the drawing board to correct the mistakes,” noted Cubs head coach Fabien Paa Kwesi after the Angola loss.
Tanzania, who lost 5-4 to Nigeria in the 9-goal thrilling opener, are also seeking to make amends to bag their first win and brighten chances of storming the semi finals.
