Syrus Kiviiri and Isaac Afidra were at top notch as Betway Power claimed a 112-58 win over struggling Our Saviour in the national Basketball League game on Saturday at the YMCA court, Wandegeya.

The duo fetched 60 points combined as the Betway-sponsored side claimed a convincing victory. Kiviiri, who joined Betway Power this season from Warriors, garnered game high 34 points while Afidra showed what he still holds after managing 26 points and 11 rebounds.

Phillip Ameny had 13 points, 12 rebounds and six assists. Paul ‘McGyver’ Odong and Guddi ‘Kikiri’ Nasser added 10 and 9 points respectively.

Betway Power fired 46 of 102 attempts from the field and out-rebounded their opponents 70-46 on top of managing 13 steals and 55 points off the bench. They led 54-25 at halftime, shared the third quarter 19-19 and won the last quarter 39-14.

Davis Asiimwe had 18 points while Elton Donald and Stephen Wokorach added 14 and 11 respectively as Our Saviour endured a 15th loss of the season. Betway Power have won eight straight games since the 68-71 loss to UCU canons on in May.
