FUFA Big League side Mbale Heroes FC have parted ways with head coach Bobic Odowa and his entire coaching staff.
This was confirmed through a press statement released by the club on Wednesday, April 07.
“We are grateful to Bobic Odowa and his coaching Staff for what they have achieved in their time with Mbale Heroes FC. However, recent results and performance have not met the club’s expectations, leaving the club without any clear path to sustained improvement. There can never be a good time to part ways with the club’s legend such as Bobic, but after lengthy deliberation and consideration it was decided a change is needed now to give the club time to improve performance and results this season.” Read the press statement.
Odowa was only in charge for four games, three in the Big League and one in the Uganda Cup having taken charge last November.
Was initially unveiled as an assistant to Scottish international Stephen Pritchard but later took over after the former went AWOL.

In the four games he has been in charge, Mbale have failed to win any and also lost the first leg of their Uganda Cup tie against Gaddafi FC.
Mbale Heroes are expected to name a new coach and his assistants in the coming days.
