Two-time champions Makerere University Business School (MUBS) stormed the quarter finals of this year’s Pepsi University football league following their 2-0 win over winless International University of East Africa (IUEA) in a game played at Nakawa on Thursday. Munir Saidi scored a brace that took the Charles Ayiekoh’s side to the top of group D with 11 points from 5 games, 3 above second placed Uganda Christian University (UCU) that have a game in hand against third placed Kampala University (KU), who have managed 4 points from 4 games. Action resumes this Saturday with reining champions Kyambogo University hosting Kumi while Busitema host Kampala International University on Sunday.
