BUL 2-3 Vipers SC

Newly unveiled BUL FC Head Coach Arthur Kyesimira started on a losing note after his side fell to Vipers SC 3-2 in the StarTimes Uganda premier league tie played at the FUFA technical center, Njeru on Sunday.

Tito Okello grabbed a hat trick to recover Vipers SC 5-point gap at the summit after 21 games while Fredson Gwoto and Robert Mukongotya scored for the Jinja side that lost the reverse fixture 2-1 at St Mary’s stadium, Kitende under Onen. BUL confirmed Kyesimira on a two-year deal as replacement to sacked Peter Onen on Friday.

“Confirmed and sealed, Arthur Kyesimira, head coach of BUL FC on a two years deal, congratulations” read Club’s official tweet.

The CAF B coach deputized Kefa Kisala in 2014 and will be tasked to change fortunes at the side that is yet to register victory in the premier league second round.

BUL was also knocked out of the Stanbic Uganda cup by the regional side Mvara boys at the round of 64.

Despite losing only twice in first round, BUL has lost five and drawn once in their six second round league fixtures. They seat 6th on the log with 30 points after 21 games.
