After testing relegation last season, Nkumba University are much charged this season and will be looking for their second straight win when they visit Bugema University this Wednesday in the Pepsi University football league group A tie. The Patrick Ssebuliba side opened with a 4-1 thrashing of YMCA Comprehensive at home while Bugema were 1-0 away winners at Bishop Stuart University in Mbarara. Nkumba will hope to avoid a loss and consolidate their lead. Bugema were docked 4 points and 4 goals for indiscipline last season and despite winning away at Bishop Stuart last week, they lie at the bottom of the table with one point. The Pepsi-sponsored league continues with this Thursday with Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) hosting St Lawrence University (SLAU) in Mbale.
