The judges’ score-cards read 29-27, 28-28, 26-30, 26-30 & 26-30 with Germany Judge Kopke Susann calling a draw in round two whilst United States’ Mustacchio Andrew giving Shadir a win in round one.

Shadir who displayed a spirited fight on Tuesday had received a bye to reach the Round of 16.

On Monday, another Bomber David Ssemujju Kavuma was eliminated from the games after losing 5-0; 30-27, 30-27, 30-26, 30-27 and 30-27 to Algeria’s Younes Nemouchi in the Middleweight round of 32 bout.
