Police fc unveiled Tom Ikara on Tuesday 28th July 2020 at the police headquarters in Naguru.
After being released by kcca fc with largely successfully loan Mbarara city fc last season Tom Ikara signed as free agent penned down two years employment contract with the cops.
He was signed by kcca fc in 2018 , winning Uganda premier league that season, cecafa kagame cup 2019 and played lucrative Caf champions league group stages.
Ikara spent on loan Last season at Mbarara city playing 21 matches out of 25, keeping 10 clean sheets.
He is a diriect replacement of Davis Mutebi who is reportedly reluctant to extend his contract.
Police fc signed third player after the signing of former Uganda cranes midfield general Tonny Maweje and Muhammad Hassan from Ondaparaka fc.
