Dipu Ruparelia is the new Federation of Motorsport clubs of Uganda (FMU) president after defeating incumbent Okee Dusman and two others including Counsel Geoffrey Nsamba and former president Jack Wavamuno.

The FMU elections were held at Kati Kati restaurant, Lugogo on Sunday. Dipu collected 36 votes followed by Jack Wavamuno who managed 25 while Dusman (14) and Nsamba (11) finished third and fourth respectively.
