*BUL 1-0 Onduparaka
StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL) leaders, BUL, stretched their margin at the top by four points following a narrow 1-0 victory over Onduparaka on Wednesday.
Karim Ndugwa was the match winner at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru- his fourth goal of the season bringing him level with teammate Richard Wandyaka.
The Jinja side’s fourth win in six matches moves BUL to 14 points, four more than SC Villa and Wakiso Giants in second and third respectively. BUL have played a game more.
Ndugwa struck the winner eight minutes from full time, his header beating an otherwise impressive Mathias Muwanga in Onduparaka’s goal.
This was Onduparaka’s second successive defeat, coming after a 2-1 loss to Express. The Caterpillars remain bottom of the league with just one point.
