-URA FC 2-1 UPDF FC
-KCCA FC 3-1 Busoga United

URA FC moved back to within a point of leaders Express FC thanks to a 2-1 victory over UPDF FC at the Arena of Visions on Sunday.

Steven Mukwala’s 13th and 14th goals of the seasons helped the Tax Collectors to victory on what was a difficult afternoon.

Alex Kitata struck for the visitors, temporarily levelling matters on the day.

The tax collectors dominated proceedings in the first half and Mukwala deservedly gave them a lead five minutes to the break.

Moments after the recess, the visitors levelled matters through Kitata who capitalised on a mix up in the box after custodian Nafian Alionzi had earlier saved Ezekiel Katende effort.

In the 78th minute, Mukwala completed his brace to ensure his sides takes home all three points.
URA are no second on the log with 57 points, one below Express FC with four games to play.

For UPDF, they drop to 10th with 34 points from 26 games.

At Lugogo, KCCA FC returned to winning ways thanks to a 3-1 victory over Busoga United.

Juma Balinya opened the scoring on 25 minutes, putting the hosts ahead.
Charles Lwanga then doubled their advantage with his 10th of the campaign on 33 minutes.

However, a minute later, Ibrahim Okellot pulled one back for Busoga to ensure his side heads into the break trailing by just one.

With 13 minutes to play, Gift Ali secured the points for Morley Byekwaso’s who went into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw away to UPDF FC.

Three more points mean KCCA now have 45 for the season and are still in 4th with Busoga see their relegation worries maintained in 13th spot with 26 points.
