Tanzania has been added to the T20 Series to be hosted by Kenya from Dec 13th-20th, Tanzania has become the powerhouse of womens cricket in the region and will be a great test for Kenya and Uganda. Tanzania won the annual Kwibuka tournament in Rwanda this year unbeaten defeating both Uganda and Kenya in the tournament.
The tournament will feature Tanzania, Uganda, and Qatar and hosts Kenya, all the games will be played at the Gymkhana Club.
Tanzania is ranked 16th in the world rankings with Uganda at 21st, Kenya 23rd, and Qatar at 45th. With the tournament having t20i status Tanzania will be protecting its reputation while the others will be looking at collecting some ranking points.
