SC Villa have completed the signing of defender Gift Fred.
Fred signs for the Jogoos as a free agent from Masaza Cup defending champions Gomba FC.
He put pen to paper on a three-year deal until 2024.
His signing was announced on Monday, August 16 through a video posted on the club’s official Facebook page.

Fred is the fourth official signing for the 16-time record Uganda Premier League winners, in the current transfer window.
The Nsambya based side have already secured the signings of Kenneth Semakula, Isma Mugulusi and Ai Bayo.
They are also understood to have agreed terms with forward Charles Bbaale and playmaker Travis Mutyaba, who will be unveiled soon.
Villa let go of a host of players and are currently in re-build mode ahead of the upcoming 2021/22 season.
Last season, they finished in 10th position on the Uganda Premier League table with 30 points from 26 games.
