Uganda Cup Quarter Final draws slated for Tuesday

The Uganda Cup Quarter Final draws will be held on Tuesday, 11th May at FUFA House in Mengo.

The draw will be conducted by former competition winner Charles Ogwang who featured for UEB FC and former Nile FC captain Sharif Samanya.

Ogwang captained UEB FC to the 1996 Uganda Cup trophy and scored the all important goal in the final against Nile.

The draw will comprise of 10-time joint record holders Express FC and KCCA FC who ejected URA FC and Maroons FC at the round of 16 respectively.

Vipers and defending champions Proline who overcame UPDF FC and Mbale Heroes respectively in the previous round are also waiting to know their opponents.

The others are Wakiso Giants, Police FC and 9 time winners SC Villa.

The winner of the round of 16 tie between Kigezi Homeboyz and Bul FC will be the eighth team. BUL FC lead the tie 2-1 courtesy of their first leg win at home.
