-BUL FC 3-1 Onduparaka FC
-Mbarara City FC 1-0 Police FC

SC Villa snapped a 10-game winless run as they defeated Kyetume FC 1-0 on Saturday.

Muhammad Ssenoga scored the all important goal, netting off Saddam Masereka’s assist on 22 minutes.

Striker Robert Ssentongo had a chance to level matters with seven minutes to play but saw his penalty saved by Martin Ssenkooto after Geoffrey Wasswa fouled Baker Buyala in the area.

The three points take the Jogoos to 36 for the campaign and they now climb into 7th spot on the log.

For Kyetume, the loss is a massive blow to their chances of surviving relegation this season. They stay on 23 points for the season, three adrift of safety with only four games to play.

At Bugembe, BUL FC beat Onduparaka FC 3-1 at the Kyabazinga Stadium.

The Jinja based side that had gone five games without victory, going into the contest, struck through Deogracious Ojok, Joseph Ssemujju’s penalty and Simon Ojok.

Kabon Living scored a late consolation for the visitors who lost their 14th game of the current campaign.

The victory which is BUL’s first at home since April 20, takes them to 9th with 30 points, seven away from the relegation zone.

For Onduparaka who have now gone six games without victory, drop to 12th with 28 points from 26 games.

In Kakyeka, Henry Kitegenyi scored what proved to be the winning goal as Mbarara City defeated Police FC 1-0.

Police on the other hand remain winless in last six league games and have lost six away league games in a row.
