Arua Hill SC Captain Caesar Okhuti will feature in the team’s matchday sheet/squad to face Calvary FC in the FUFA Big League on Sunday at the Green Light Stadium in Arua.

Okhuti who has been sidelined since April due to a groin injury returned to training recently after passing a fitness test.

Okhuti’s return is a timely boost for his side with just three games left to complete the season with the Leopards eyeing direct promotion to the Uganda Premier League.

Arua Hill lead the Elgon Group table with 23 points and three points in the West Nile derby will give them great command atop the summit.

Arua Hill won the reverse fixture 1-0 but albeit Calvary’s recent struggles, the former’s Coach Hussein Mbalangu is non complacent.

“It’s going to be a tough game because we are fighting to maintain the lead, to be on top of the table. They are fighting to resist relegation so that will be a very difficult game on both sides,”Mbalangu told the club website.

“As you saw, the last game, we won 1-0, it was a hard game, although we were from Mbale because we travelled and players were fatigued hence didn’t play well although we won. But I know tomorrow we shall put on a good game because the boys are okay, we’ve rested enough, meanwhile they have fatigue from Kampala, played on Wednesday, travelled came yesterday, I think that comes with a challenge too,” Mbalangu added.

However, for Calvary FC, they will be seeking redemption having lost to Maroons earlier this week. Calvary also face a relegation threat and the result at home today could possibly dictate their fate.
